After release snowbreeze2.9.11, the snowbreeze developer has updated his version to 2.9.12, but unfortunately, he has identified some errors on 2.9.12 version. Then a couple of hours after he decides to update
his version to 2.9.13 with fix errors which identify
2.9.12 version.

In this new version also there is no added for Windows
platform and still support for A4 devices.
